Reiki (1hr session)

Service Description

Step away from the outside world - relax to the sound of soothing music and let your thoughts drift away. In this session Marisa will work through Spirit on your chakras and allow the free flow of your energy with reiki to release blockages in body, mind or spirit that needs healing. (1hr) Allow the power of the reiki to soothe and reenergise you. Awaken refreshed, your senses heightened and an overall sense of wellbeing. Take time to gather yourself, perhaps write some thoughts that arose during the session. Marisa will sit with you after this to gently discuss any changes she felt during the session that you may benefit from.
